I've been close to giving this a 5, but the slowdown towards the end of the album doesn't really vibe with the rest of it imo and brings it down just a tad for me. Don't get me wrong tho, I still like the last few songs quite a bit

I'm in shock. I have always claimed that this and DBM are my least favorite DGD albums ... I have been lying for years apparently. I finally gave this multiple listens and a fair try the past few days. This might actually be my favorite DGD album. This is the peak of Jon Mess lyrics.

Huh. I also didn't give this one much of a chance and preferred the Tillian work onward. Came back and listened a few times straight, and now I'm thinking this is their most consistent. Also contains next to no "cringe" moments, which unfortunately I find a lot of in their newer material.
