it seems to me that most talk about death's discog is about human through TSOP, and any time people happen to talk about anything from their first three it's usually talking about SBG or Leprosy. I know it's got a high-ish average but compared to everything else I just don't think this gets mentioned/talked about that much.

yeah its definitely the black sheep in death's discog. back in '08 i had to pay 20 bucks for a used CD of this cause it had been out of print for years at that time, when all 6 other death albums were all still readily available at stores around here

whoa really? it seems like everywhere outside of sputnik people only mention the first three. all of my metal friend i met personally had either not heard of DEATH (ikr) or had only heard the first three.

It's funny cause in my circle of friends growing up we all considered symbolic to be the worst death album, but on the internet and on the whole it seems to be ubiquitously heralded as their best album

yah we though symbolic was the worst too. i think it came out when i was in like 5th grade and i didn't like it cuz it wasnt as heavy as IDT or Human...i think thats why a lot of people i knew never bothered after SH
