alright gonna give this the benefit of the doubt and settle on a 3.5 and not a 3. I've listened to it
three times and still haven't deleted it from my iPod and I usually delete everything lower than a 3.5
(limited space, I need to upgrade to a 160GB classic, but the 64GB Touch looked so pretty)
