It wasn't bad, but I was pretty underwhelmed by matt skiba's contributions, it's like he's trying too hard to sound like tom delongue or something idk, it hardly sounded like him. hopefully the next song is more matt and less mark

that's because he does. I was expecting something more along the lines of blink-182 meets alkaline trio, but they made matt's part as subtle as humanly possible (I had to listen twice to even notice his part).

I'm actually a bit upset now, I was so excited to hear it and I have no desire to ever hear this again after two listens, it's just a rehash. Chorus is basically left over +44 material and even that intro is a re-hash Feeling This and Adam's Song. Hopefully this new album won't be the death of a band whom I've become so attached to over the years but if this song is any indication I don't know

I don't see how a skate punk band would effect my enjoyment of an alt rock record but sure I'm a bit overdue on checking them out anyways
