I'm not him. I have a life, I wouldn't be posting over and over things other people have said here.
All I did was try to get my point across. It seems that I did this quite successfully.
Anyway, I think this is the best staff review we'll get about this album on this website, so here it
goes:
Taking Back Sunday Taking Back Sunday
By Tyler Munro
Anyone who felt like Taking Back Sunday were on hiatus in the years between Tell All Your Friends
and this, their self-titled comeback with their marquee line-up, will be as pleasantly surprised by
the return of John Nolan and Shaun Cooper as they will be pissed about what remains of the
borderline arena-rock tendencies the band developed in the interim. Taking Back Sunday has many of
the same dynamics as Tell All Your Friends ― the energy and layered hooks ― but it's far from the
second coming. If anything, it succeeds as much because of its innovations as it does its
familiarities. "El Paso" may be the heaviest thing the band have ever done, but it's the bounce of
songs like "Faith (When I Let You Down)" and "Sad Savior" that make this feel like Taking Back
Sunday by, and for, grown-ups, even if it doesn't sound much like it. "Who Are You Anyway?" asks,
"are you worth the wait?" Taking Back Sunday was. It's as catchy as the filthiest disease, with none
of the side effects, and maturation without compromising energy.

Concise. Informative. Without ratings.
I just wanna congrat Tyler Munro for his writing.

Is it the best review because you agreed with him? The last sentence doesn't even make sense, unless I misread it.

He rated the same thing as I did then start quoting everything I say here. Of course this is a troll.
Being one that likes the record or just an asshole trying to discredit me.
No, it isn't because I agree with him. It's because despite that, he talks about, you know, the
record. All in just one paragraph. While the review here was talking about everything but the album
and its songs. It's a pretty good example how to write a concise review while still doing that on a
informative way. It's the complete antithesis for Downer's verbiage fest.

@SowingSeason
My actual rating for this right now is 4.5. Even though I honestly believe this can ascend to a
classic status, I only upped this because I thought that there was enough of people hating on this for
no reason.
I'm downgrading this to the rating I think it's fair right now, I'll let the album grow naturally to
deserve his possible classic status. What are your favs right now?

It's been quite a good while since I could say this is a TBS record I don't skip any song on it. It feels good to finally have this band back.
