it's more shrieky compared to other more powerful death metal frontmen, but I don't think it really matters. gotta agree with the genre hopping. that's what makes it so brilliant, plus the whole album flows together in a very cohesive way. somehow not even the odd french-baguette accordian bit sounds out of place.
