That's strange. I could understand someone not being able to get into anything other than Takk and/or Kveikur. It also wouldn't surprise me to find anyone liking 'Med Sud' but struggling with some of their other material. Accessibility can't be your issue here and given that's likely the case then I'm still shocked you can't appreciate ( ).

Not really. This is easily their best. And the rest of their discog doesn't come even remotely close in terms of quality.

This IS their best, in fact it's probably my favourite album ever. ( ), Takk & Kveikur are all amazing in their own right. This captures that sense of otherworldly wonder that perhaps is (maybe) not as prevalent in their other material, Takk sounds like it was actually made by humans, as does Kveikur. ( ) is the closest to going beyond that, it's magical.

I don't expect everyone to feel that way, I'm admittedly a bit of a fanboy.

No, I love these guys too! In fact, I completely agree with what you said. This is one of the best post- albums ever made, period. And I love Takk, ( ) and Kveikur too. Valtari and the other one (can't remember the name) - not so much.

I find Valtari to be somewhat underrated, it's very understated though so I need to be in the right mood for it. Only release I really don't like is Von, most of it comes across as overly indulgent nonsense.
