Yeah Pagan Poetry is up there for me too. Was the second Bjork song I heard after Joga

Not sure of the first Bjork song I ever heard, but the first one I fell in love with was Unravel. Still my favorite to this day...impeccable.

Best song on Vespertine? I'm gonna be weird and say An Echo, A Stain just because it grew on me hard once and now I love it

Hard to choose the best song, album is like a long soundtrack where every song is at the right place at the right time. I have a particular fondness with the "positive mood" of It's Not Up To You, and Unison.

No idea why I only had this at a 4. Post-This are all close to perfect.

No, it's not. It's something entirely of its own. And no artist has been able to reproduce smth remotely similar. That combination of trip hop, dance stompers, and kinky innocence... only Bjork was able to pull it off in the 90s without looking like a total idiot.

Same applies to Debut.

Eh, I prefer her following 3

Post to me is has its moments, but like Debut has a few too many songs I don’t care about... especially You’ve Been Flirting Again, I Miss You, Cover Me and the dreaded It’s Oh So Quiet (might be my least favorite Bjork song I’ve heard)

I love Army of Me, Hyperballad, Enjoy, and I Miss You though

And the 3 I didn’t mention are cool too

But yeah Homogenic, Vespertine, and now that I’ve finally checked it, Medúlla, are all way cooler

I find Debut and Post to be mixed bags 🤷‍♂️ Then again so is Medúlla, but maybe less so, I have both Post and Medúlla 4’d anyway

At least we can agree that Homogenic and Vespertine are the best

Haven’t heard past Medúlla so I can’t comment on those ones

Post is one of the better pick n mix albums recorded by anyone and I'd take it over Homogenic. Thank goodness for that page break.

Post over Homogenic? Oh deff not

Faves on Medulla are Vökuró, Where is the Line, and Triumph of the Heart

Vokuro's underrated as fuck it seems
