there was a recording of Pictures (which was able to get a quick listen of before it was taken down) and Schizoid, but DGM is updating their Youtube with stuff about the tour.

Thanks, they would be my top 5 Harmonium songs, but all the epics on L'Heptade could probably make it too

so, it's kind of hard to rank.

By the way, the other day I was wondering why they didn't call the "Deux Cents Nuits à l'Heure" album an

Harmonium album, since it's basically the same line-up as on L'Heptade with the addition of Séguin.

Considering you seem to have an extendable knowledge of the band's history, I thought I'd ask you about it

Harmonium already broke up at the time they released Deux-Cent Nuits à l'Heure. Album contains half of the songs composed by both Séguin and Fiori, and also some Harmonium leftovers. That's what I think and what I retain with this album. I may be wrong at some point. I'm not as knowledgeable as I seem haha.

Haha ok thanks, it's helping, I was just wondering since it sounds a lot like a direct continuation of their discog, with a style evoking both L'Heptade and the debut in my opinion. It's an excellent album too, it's sad it's so often forgotten though, since it has a lot of great songs in it, especially the title-track

Yeah you're right, it has kinda Harmonium vibes but like you said, it contains practically the Harmonium's lineup. The first 4 songs are all excellent. I don't remember what the last three sound like though. I think I have the album on vinyl, but I'm not equipped anymore for that. Also, Deux Cent Nuits à l'Heure seems to get lost into the data base. Maybe if we'd write it like this; Fiori-Séguin...

Yeah, it's spelled Fiori - Seguin in the database for some reason, took me some time to find it too. And

yeah, the last three songs aren't as memorable; Chanson Pour Marthe and La Guitare des Pays d'en Haut lower

the album's overall quality a bit for me. But La Moitié d'un Monde is one of the best on it, it has a quite

strong Supertramp vibe to it

@Onirium, thanks for the infos.

@Beefshoes; Yeah, the accents must seriously complicate things when it comes to learn French.

I don't think tremas, cedilles, and circonflexes are bad. It's just the aigu and grave that are tricky. To me, they sound really similar and it's hard differentiating between the two when writing.

Yes I can hear you. That's what I meant by 'complicated things'. Good for you, you don't have any trouble with cedilles and circonflexe and all. Being French myself, I wish I could help you, but I can't find any way to simplify it for you. Accents aigus are way more used than accent grave. That's for sure.

Quel album magnifique! Le concept est si bien réalisé et exprimé autant dans la musique que dans les paroles écrite par Harmonium. La chanson titre nous transporte au travers d'un paysage musical grandiose qui nous communique tant d'émotions. Un classique
