Yep that's a biscuit. Looks somewhat similar to a scone but they taste completely different. Scones are usually sweet (at least the ones I've had) biscuits are usually used as an alternative for bread or buns on some sort of sandwich. Biscuits can even be made somewhat like toast, with jelly and butter and whatnot.

The typical British scone sounds like your American biscuit. The archetypal topping for a scone is jam and clotted cream. Jelly in the UK means jello (I think) in America.

My friend is obsessed with Misha so he has shown me quite a few songs off of this. Spencer's vocals irritate me (especially the unclean ones) but the music feels lacking without vocals as well. So Idk. I'll give it a fair chance though because I really liked the two songs off the Icarus EP that weren't remixes.

I think All New Materials is the only song I like all the way through. That one's really well-done. Captain On too actually because it's not bogged down by bullshit.
