I'm just not a big fan of the pacing and Howard's voice, heard him years ago in that Within Temptation song and even then I didn't like him.

Damn man, Howard rules hard. Way harder than Jesse imo. I've said it before, but Jesse's vox have never done it for me.

Yeah Howard Jones was the only vocalist I bothered to learn the name of when I first started listening to metal in middle school.

Howard's good, I just don't like his type of a voice. Never properly listened to Jesse tho, I only remember him from ABR's Ancestry and, well, I wasn't hooked either.

Jesse has a rather unique edge to his screams (it's sort of grating but in a good way?) but he couldn't compete with Howard's cleans. End of Heartache isn't as good as it is without Howard's dynamism.
