it should, it just depends on where you place the accents...
Quinoa is a latinization of a quechua word... so yeah...
But the funny thing is that there is no "o" in quechua, they just have 3 vowels which are "a, i, u"
Incredibly enough, quinoa is the english pronunciation of the quechua word which is something more like kinuwà or kìnua.... the accent depends on the andes region... the spanish language just adopted the english pronunciation for some dumb reason.
