which album sounds most like sweet trip - v:d:c cuz i've been told autechre is the closest to them

draft 7.30 is closest in sound design/manipulation but no ae album is really similar at all in terms of melody and harmony and shit which is what most of sweet trips sound is based off of
idk who told you that theyre really not very similar at all other than having glitchy elements

i've asked quite a few people on who sounds like sweet trip IDM-wise and autechre always comes up. i've been meaning to listen to autechre anyway so i guess i'll start with draft 7.30 so thanks anyway

fennesz is a lot closer to sweet trip as far as strictly electronic stuff goes
twine too but theyre more ~~ethereal
but really i dont think theres any other artist thats incredibly similar to them they have a really unique sound

yeah sweet trip is pretty unique, i just figured they have to draw influence from somewhere to get their sound
