if you're talking about sound production, there's almost no difference between this and Define

DtGl is much more overwhelming in a good way so it endears itself better to me

Define sounds way more raw, in terms of instruments. and i could even say the same for vocals.

Well for me they both have a place in my heart, I enjoy them all so much, but I think DtGL beats it by just a bit more. Oh and can anyone suggest some sick headphones so I can get the full experience !

I have Shure Ec2's. Best things ever =. I have my iPod on 1/4 volume when I am drumming and the sound mix is perfect! Great for gigs also.

If you listen to a lot of rock, Grado headphones are the best. If want something bassier, look at some closed Audio-Technica Headphones or Denon headphones.
