They really don’t sound that much alike there’s just a thematic similarity between the “come check out our fake band” and “come on this magical tour” lyrics

the way they sound different is that Sgt pepper is good and mystery tour is not as good

This, as with all the other mixes I have heard, has the drums and bass completely panned to the left with the vocals panned to the right. It's unlistenable on headphones. The version uploaded with the video is the only one that sounds good on headphones but I am starting to believe that it is some unreleased version.

this is FAB and certifiably MAGICAL. fave Beatles so far for sure, miles stronger than Sgt Pep and worthy of *very enviable 4.2 for now
Blue Jay Way thru Penny Lane is an unbelievable stretch tbh, wasn't convinced they had it in them given how every other album apart from maybe Revolver has been a highlight deal for me

I'm surprised you do not love Flying, it's pretty wacky johnny esque

but that is a bloody beautiful 4.2 well done norma
