TVC15 is super fun, love the energy behind it, how dense it sounds and it embodies the drugged up state of mind the album is meant to reflect better than any other song here. also just the lyrical theme of it is great. I could potentially see Word on a Wing becoming my favourite but it definitely ain't Station To Station

i love tvc15 too, but putting it #1 is jokes. i don't think it embodies the druggyness of the album best either. station to station is far more manic

maybe in that its energy shifts more from one section to the next, but the raw energy of TVC15, and the theme of becoming obsessed with a source of stimulation (his TV) is basically the feeling of a coke high in audio form

honestly most of the title track is awesome I just think the last part isn’t as good and lasts too long. the next 5 songs are all perfect

latter half of the song is the best part smh. wild is the wind is the weakest thing here imo. it's not a bad song, it just does very little for me compared to everything else

t/t bringing up the rear is a borderline altoid-brain take but i commend Colton for having the guts to so proudly wave his flaccid slab of meat in the air all willy-nilly like that.

idk why but a lot of Bowie title tracks aren't favourites of mine, like Ziggy Stardust, Station To Station and Young Americans, but others are like Aladdin Sane, Space Oddity and Diamond Dogs

young americans is one of two great songs on that entire album lol. the rest is just rly homogeneous and bleeds together. respect for upping your rating of this tho!

I've really mistreated myself by not getting into Bowie prior to his death.
