song to me kind of depicts drunk grieving in a way that sounds really genuine. i also am just a huge fan of the structure, especially the quiet “heard you need a new fad” refrain and how it always transitions so smoothly out of it

Hold My Liquor is one of Kanye’s best songs imo. Pretty perfect song all three vocalists kill it, the beat is awesome and when it goes into the guitar solo into the end it’s just bliss

i super can't hate on anyone for not liking 'i am a god' - it's somehow become one of my favorite kanye songs but i can't really defend it in any sort of logical way
