Agreed Futures. I think Ward is really the only one that COULD pan out but its nowhere near a guarantee. I wouldn't trade up/draft any of these guys top 5-10.

I could see that. I just think Shedeur is gonna struggle. Idk if he's gonna be able to read defenses quick enough which in turn leads to escaping to pocket earlier, running/spinning into sacks and the like. A lot like Kenny Pickett tbh. I see a lot of that in Shedeur.

he definitely needs to clean up his pocket movement but also that colorado o-line was truly horrendous and he made a lot of plays. keeping your eyes downfield under pressure is a great nfl trait to have. and he was knocked around so much, he's a tough dude.

He definitely doesn't lack toughness. We shall see. I could be completely wrong. Nobody really knows until they get on the field. Its all speculation this time of year lol.

i get we needed receiver help but 30/yr for a guy who a) has an extremely similar playstyle to pickens, b) the same attitude as pickens, and c) arguably isn't even as good as pickens just feels incredibly dumb to me. hoping i'm wrong but my fucking god this seems destined to go very poorly

he's way faster than pickens and takes attention away from him as well. the cap is exploding again and all you need to see is the guaranteed money to know if the contract is good or not. making that move with no qb is the question lol

Metcalf just turned 27 so he's not 30+ lol. I also think its a perfect running mate for Pickens with Calvin Austin/Roman Wilson running the slot and Jaylen Warren as the primary back with Friermuth also. Even more interested to see what happens at QB now. They needed another outside guy and they got the best one available. Can't be mad at it tbh.

metcalf is a good player but he's being paid like a top 5 wr. is he even a top 10 wr?? 15??? dude hasn't developed at all since entering the league and is completely reliant on raw athleticism. he's inconsistent and his game is not gonna age well.

He's 100% a top 10 receiver imo. Fast and physical and a great contested catch guy. Can take the top off a defense as can Pickens. Idk how he hasn't developed. He can run any route on the tree. Strong hands. Idk man, I love it. Kinda interested in Darnold too tbh. Gonna be interesting for sure lol.
