There's some face tearing present in their discog, particularly Deliverance & MAYH, but it's not what keeps me coming back. The metal band for all seasons, serves any & every purpose I guess.

"metal band for all seasons" I don't think I can even jam Opeth in the summer, but to be fair I also don't dig this one so

Album's still perfect. I really like that there's so much to discover here, if you listen carefully you'll find something new every time. A cliché, I know, but a true one.
In I Feel The Dark for instance, with the flute thingy-s at the beginning coming at te right side, and the piano on the left, and then at the end, the final ''I feel, the dahaahahaaark'' which sounds so very far away. Just very carefully made.

As much I'd love the next album to be like their older stuff (MAYH, GR, BWP, Still Life etc) I honestly wouldn't mind a Heritage 2.

Totally agree. What I am hoping for most is the suuuuper delish jazzy drumming of Axe, hope they go in a direction where he can explore that further.

Jethro, Yes and Camel have already made great albums, Mike. No need to keep trying to be them.
Just make another weird album like Heritage and I will be happy.
