nash that's actually a really good point, i've been getting increasingly frustrated with my streaming experience, i'm gonna try again with something that has better audio quality and report back

edit: the pingy snare is still there, but I think they specifically tuned the snare to sound like that for those fast ass beats, the more I listen the more that sounds like an intentional design choice, which makes way more sense

you guys ever watch that Yogev Gabay guy on youtube who breaks down meshuggah rhythms? shit is so fascinating. this album actually has some of their most interesting rhythmic ideas despite being relatively straightforward sounding (atleast compared to obzen and the most recent 2)
