Make Me Forget You will be hard to top as best song of the year no matter what tho, I literally think it’s possibly a top 5 Converge song… and with how vast their discography is that’s seriously impressive. Right now, To Feel Something and Bad Faith have grown on me tremendously, I still think the front half is a bit weaker, which is really just code for the title track and Distract and Divide being the worst songs on the album if we’re not including Beyond Repair. Which we shouldn’t, it’s a great interlude and I would never skip it. Tbh if it was just a 2 minute instrumental intro for Amon Amok I wouldn’t know the difference, hell, if I didn’t have the tracklist on hand for first listen I probably would’ve thought that anyways.
