Maybe I'm just taking a wild guess here but if I remember correctly Tilian denied anything bad happening with that Mikaela chick but issued an apology to Spooky who posted plenty of evidence suggesting she was the victim of SA by him so the cease and desist is likely only targeted towards the former. What still irks me is the fact that it's been well over two months since Tilian got benched and the band still hasn't made a clear statement whether he's in or out. Do they really need more time to figure out if that weirdo should be in the band or not?

The band is experiencing the height of their financial success and the majority of the fanbase do not care about what Tilian has done. Less people consider these things than we may believe/hope to believe; look at how many NFL fans, especially Browns fans, actively defend a player who had over 20 cases of sexual assault.
Tilian will be back and nobody will blink, and they'll keep raking in the cash. It's disgusting, but that's the world.

they might be waiting until after the tour to make a hardline stance on Tilian. I think other bands may drop them like Coheed did if they decide to keep Tilian. I personally hope they just move on from him at this point. Not only from a moral standpoint, but they could use a shakeup musically.
Mikaela is batshit and terminally online. After doing some digging on her I'm not surprised they issued her a C&D. She admitted to stuff being consensual in a groupchat, has video of her abusing her other partner, and also talked about targeting Tim's brother (which is gross).

There's screenshots of her groupchat kicking around, I'll try to find them later. She also vehemently defended her 18-20 year old friend (forget the exact age) hooking up with a 14 year old on twitter.
I think Tilian did some awful shit to the other girl, but Mikaela is super unstable and isn't a reliable source/narrator.

Didn't someone post all the voice memos she recorded in a private group saying how wild and into it she (Mikaela) was and how she tried something with Kurt before as well? If the C&D is true, I can't say I'm surprised, she's been trying shit with the band for fucking years now. In no way defending Tilian here and I'm still skewed towards believing the other victim that came forward, but like tellah said, Mikaela is fucking crazy.
