this band is crazy good live. they really thrive off their headlining crowd so those have been my best aof shows

the energy that fills the crowd when the first few notes of pulmonary starts is unlike anything else ive experienced at a concert

what blows my mind is that this and the illusion of safety were released in the same year

you can point to those two albums as the groundwork for the next 20 years of pxc lol

I never really paid much attention to this when it was released. Going to revisit and see what is what.

got this on vinyl today and the mix of this sounds much better on wax. really brings out some of the parts in ways ive never heard before. dark night of the soul still sounds pretty bad though maddeningly

they drop some pretty baller transitions too like having the noise at the end of conditional love lead straight into the slide that starts blue spade

i need these guys to come back around CT/NYC, having had to leave the last show like 1/3 of the way through is tragic considering I had waited a decade+ to actually see them live again.

The new single is just a rerecording of Death Letter from what I've heard. Still awesome and I can't wait to hear it!

Hope they record a new album next year, I'd love a follow up to this
