Banditbubs lmao love it

And yeah Steak I agree. It flows well and it's only 34 mins so it's a quick listen. I've just been throwing it on right when I start work and listening to it all day lol.

I have to respect anyone who knows what they like and just plays the absolute shit out of it

no holding back or ‘preserving greatness’ required

don’t think I could do it personally, but in a way it is a rather envious trait

Just gotta not take it so serious Demon. No shame in fanboying every once in awhile especially for a band this good

I've been fanboying like a madman lol. Got real high last night and listened to this front to back and was thinking about how these dudes really have the potential to be that next cult-following type band in the scene. Not that they sound like ETID, but that they could kinda fill that hole in the scene for the super consistent band with a rabid fanbase. Hopefully they stick around the 20+ years like ETID did so we get some more banger albums.

Oh wow that would be incredible if they did follow in their footsteps like that. Need a constant quality presence in the scene.

Gave this the “in the car and possibly damaging my hearing” spin today. Been a few days since I’ve listened to it (trying to not burn myself out). I was starting to wonder if I’d been praising this so much just because they finally released it, but nah. This things fucking slaps and 11/10 car test. I was grinning and making stank faces throughout the drive

I also kept thinking about how wild it is that they released two very tame singles and had me thinking they’re going the alt-rock mainstream route, NOPE they decide to lean into mathcore instead of alt rock lmao

It's still not burning out for me. Pretty much jamming it constantly in the car lol.

Everything here is just top tier quality. The style and sound is pretty similar from front to back, but I’m just as if not more engaged/loving this by the time I make it to track 9

The writing is phenomenal

I don't think this is a 5 but I think they have the potential for one. I do really love this though. It's a lot of fun and it checks a lot of boxes of what I want in a metalcore album.

Yeah it’s hard for me to have a firm criteria on what it takes for me to 5 an album. Not every band can be a Radiohead and completely reinvent the wheel. These guys have some clear influences, but I find this to be a near perfect album in the context of modern Metalcore

If I could rate on a .1 scale I’d prob put this around 4.8-4.9, so I’m rounding up
