Props to Dick for becoming an important piece in the band over time, and not just being the guy that play the bass

Yeah they wrote a lot of great songs here. Half of the album is writen by Marten (Broken Cog, LTSF, Thirst, Faultless and the instrumentals) and the rest are from Dick and Haake

Why is "The Broken Cog" marked "explicit" on Spotify? Not a hint of profanity in the lyrics. Can't help but think some idiot couldn't tell the words "cog" and "cock" apart lol...

Broken Cog is "explicit" because it violates your mind with the groove, not recommended for anyone under 18 years of age

i’m surprised ligature is one of my favs here cuz the teaser wasn’t that great but the whole song is just pure neanderthal energy and i’m here for it

I'd really love to see them do more atmospheric stuff like they move below. That intro has a really nice moody, dark atmosphere. Almost a post rock kinda vibe and they did it really well. Hoping to see more melodic, guitar soundscape-y stuff like that from them in the future

Absolutely, that's why I was hoping for 9 minutes of that. Would be a real shocker and they could make it work.
