I mean these bands do "radio rock" better than the mainstays on Sirius XM Octane and rock radio usually offer honestly. And that's because that style lives and dies by its vocal performance and I find Chamberlain and Gillespie far better vocalists than the likes of David Draiman.

I texted my friends who are supposed to see them today and when I did they were actually talking to everyone in the band except James.

I've come to the conclusion that Zion Williamson gets more bitches than Tom Brady.

This whole firing James 3 days before tour starts thing is very weird. All these interviews from them praising themselves for having learned how to communicate with each other like adults and now this?
Really suspicious that the only statement they release is a "keep it private one" yet James and his wife are all "this came out of the blue, nothing major happened, we don't know why he was fired".
It's actually a miracle to me that him and Grant chose to stay in the band after being excluded from the writing and recording of the last 2 albums in the first place and now he gets fired like that... Weird.

if were drawing those lines then might as well extend through sunburnt but honestly i have absolutely no interest in touching even the good albums for a long ass time. just the idea of listening to spencer and especially aaron on anything is super unpalatable to me rn. its all been kinda ruined for me

This. I may honestly never listen to them again. I was pretty over them anyway with all these awful albums but now I may not even listen to them at all

I'm still listening to their old stuff but there's definitely a twinge of sadness

Listened for the first time last night and oh no, this was so unfortunate. Bad lyrics and trying so many mainstream rock/metal cliches it hurts. It's even worse bc Aaron and Spencer sound great vocally and the music is decent but it never quite comes together
