I was hoping that "A Dark Horizontal" was the direction they were headed and I'm very pleased. The back half of "Acrid Cannon" makes my jaw hit the floor. First listen and this is already neck and neck with Relentless Mutation.

@TheTripP I really think it's because tech death in general is pretty much 0% catchy and not at all memorable (just kind of blows past) but this is both.

agreed, most bands just try to push the tech envelope but miss the line on catchiness because it's all riffage and blast beats with no melody
