I was way more into Darkspace than Paysage before I heard Im Winterwald. Just made this guy's sound here really click with me. Now I like Paysage better than Darkspace on average.

i don't find this release abrasive at all. certainly the s/t for instance, but this has an excellent balance of transience, fundamentals, and atmosphere.
