That band gets way too much hate, imo. They're not super technical or breaking any new ground, but if you just want some angry one liners and breakdowns with a few catchy choruses sprinkled in then they aren't a bad choice. Their 2017 album was pretty solid too. Definitely going to check the new one today at some point.

It's all good brother. That's the thing about music, it's all about individual taste. Can't really get upset about it, though I do think they're over hated. They're not great, but they're not bad. Just middle of the pack metalcore.
I just think it's funny when people (not you in particular) shit on bands like LMTF for being simplistic and then listen to shit like Emmure like that's any more technical lol.

Yeah dude new one is pretty cool. I like it quite a bit. Got it at a 3.5 right now, but could grow to a 4. My only major complaint with them as a band is the lyrical content has been basically the same for 10+ years now. Like, we get it Chris you struggle a lot with faith and you have a complicated relationship with "god" lol.
