"what's the prob with it besides the ambient break before emmure-heaviness"

The fact that its a completely unremarkable track and that the ambient break and Emmure heaviness is one of the worst moments on the album due to how sloppy it sounds.

The first half of New Faces is probably one of my favourite parts on the whole album though

Heavy is The Head, Gored, and Broken Vision are the best of the straight up heavy tracks for me. And when it comes to blending the Deftones influence with the aggressive core elements, Aggressive Evolution and the title track nail that sound perfectly.

drummer is really good, broken vision is probably the best track in that regard. really thinks parts through and ties together a lot of wild riffs perfectly

Yeah BVR is like a 2 and a half minute example of proficient drumming supporting the other instruments without getting intrusive.

Hadn't listened to this band before last week and have spun this at least a dozen times now. Really digging it. Would love to see these guys, Vein, and Greyhaven leading the next wave of bands breaking through.

because this has 4 times as many ratings and the chances are that anyone who didn't dig it wouldn't have bothered with the debut
