Dude Waiting is so awesome, LA woman is uneven, strange days is like the rejects from The Doors, although this is all relative, I really like all of them, even the 2 without Morrison, Ray is a great song writer as well as Robbie, so the songs were strong, just not the Morrison touch

fair enough, they are all pretty close in my book anyway, I lean to more the psych side, so maybe that it why I hold this higher, but just than a couple other, actually the one I think I am more different than most is the Soft parade, I think it is great but is generally thought of as their weakest

not necessarily, nostalgia doesn't make the music any better it just makes your thoughts on the album better
therefore you might think a different album is better (e.g. this one) but like another one (e.g. soft parade) more because of your own associations with it
