Listened to this front to back last night for the first time. Was blown away by how beautiful it is particularly the last half with the clean vocals. On my second listen through this morning, I'm still blown away. It's a journey for sure and a huge listen but for me, it was very rewarding

The thing about funeral doom is that it makes you feel. It's the most emotional and sorrowful music you can find and I think that's a huge quality. Knowing the background of this album, you can definitely feel the sorrow

True. Another reason is that it's REALLY long & requires my full attention, can't have too many things like that on the go & once unfortunately due to life, damn why do I have to work etc.
