Pie charts on this site are broken (mainly due to how abysmal the genre tags can be here) so don't let that be a representative of what I listen to. As regards to stuff like this, every once in a while. However nearly every Folk/Indie Folk/Singer Songwriter album I've jammed I've really enjoyed.

Fair enough; even so, it seems relative to how it seems the rest of your taste is this would still be relatively exceptional. All I'm trying to say is that, as one who listens to this kind of stuff often, it's hard to say it's an immediately exceptional example of the style; not that that negates your opinion in any way.

Then what is an exceptional example of this style then? I know fuck all in comparsion to yourself probably so for all I know this could be baby's first indie folk. As you said it doesn't negate my opinion but my limited scope compared to plenty of users means what I say holds less weight.

I hate to agree, the climax disappoints me and I think some of the production choices are incredibly questionable. But that's how I felt about 'Appointments' and it's one of my favourite Julien songs, so we'll see. I prefer the live version for now.
