What you can't grasp is the reception to this album is not just taking place in this thread. Albums are not isolated within a critic's vacuum. When an album is released is probably the most important factor in its success or demise. And right now, the place where people hear about releases in this genre is mainly on the net where the current culture does not support such a release.
This same general culture affects all releases. That's the part you can't piece together in your small mind.
