"welcome to the show" is so cool: I love that it starts with the "aaaaaaa" sample and then goes into "eeeeeee" and then he loops the latter and you're sort of left to wonder what happened to "aaaaaa"

Sup Robert. Nice bump. But honestly the more I hear this the more I think Dilla's most definitive, BEST beatwork is on other releases.

I think his best beatwork is on fantastic vol. 1 but otherwise this has a lot of his best beats and is an incredible package, one of the greatest albums of the 2000s for sure
