The new album Wanderlust by Illyria kinda sounds like Fallujah but a little more blackgaze

The remaster does nothing for me. The drums are louder in the mix, but the drums are not, and should not be the focal point of this album. I don't think it sounds actively bad or anything but I'd have no reason to return to it over the original.

Just saw these guys yesterday for the 10th anniversary tour of this album. Fun show and they really sounded/performed very close to the album, honestly super impressive musicianship.
The vocalist even performed a lot of the female vocal samples (obviously at a different pitch) but he really nailed it actually.
Lol I felt kinda bad for him at the end of the night though, he immediately jumped off the stage after the last song and ran to man the merch table. Super nice dude though
