no it actually indicates that the artist was trying to "FILL" an album with tracks because it wouldn't be long enough without it. All of these tracks have a role in the album and its obvious he didn't randomly throw any of this in to make a longer album (at least its obvious if you actually listen to the lyrics, which you dont).
