haha.....ha. yeah, they expect us to do a lot by hand but I think that's because they're trying to teach us how it works. hopefully going to compute that shit soon enough.

maths and economics squad up! hoping to minor in comp sci. too because that shit's kinda essential if you're going to focus on stats (which I hope to).

Nothing annoys me more in Math exams than stuff that is tedious and time consuming rather than actual knowledge (e.g. doing stuff by hand which is unnecessary) so that would annoy me.

i mean, I can understand why they do it (since there's kids with little to no prior knowledge), but yeah, I agree.

I personally couldn't do something I found unbearably boring for the future at Uni so respect for thinking that long term.

in that case, my biggest piece of advice is to draw your diagrams big as fuck, label ten up fierce (angles and shit), and make sure you're around the basic trig rules (and maybe some geometric rules with parallel lines and shit).
