Given up is one of like 3 passable songs here
|
| |
little things, in pieces, and no more sorrow only ones here that I enjoy
Also somewhat appreciative of the minimalism in In Between

^In Between is one of the worst imo. I agree with the songs you like, though

I thought this album was pretty mediocre at the time, but then I heard their subsequent albums and this just started sounding better and better.

Not a fan of A Thousand Suns, Sowing? ha

Not really a fan of anything post-Meteora to be honest. This has its moments but all downhill after LP's first two LP's.

I never revisited ATS after the year of its release so you might be right.
I won't waste my time re-listening just to find out though.

I don't like LP anymore so it would be hard for me to even get to a mental state in which I actually desire hearing their stuff.
Early 2000s Linkin Park and I will always have a nice little bond though

Sowing, all I can think of when I see your avatar is "I KNIT SWEATERS! YO!"

That was my goal. I feel fulfilled now.

Yeah, back on topic, ATS is their best album imo (even though that's not saying much) and In Pieces is really good and probably the best thing on here (although Valentines Day has a small place in my heart from Freshman year).

Yeah everything I appreciate about this album can be credited to my memories as a freshman as well. I love "The Little Things Give You Away."
And "Valentine's Day" is a feeler, too.

Cant stand the first half of this album anymore (except Wake). Little things is also really good.
I also still greatly enjoy New Divide because it's basically a better version of What I've Done and it's catchy as hell.
