I actually listened first the re release then the og, and till this day i favor the og for pretty much the same reasons you've pointed out on the top comment

The first time I ever used Limewire was to download Sheer Heart Attack by Queen and burn it onto a Memorex CD. Good times

I think I actually might have had my friend send this to me one mp3 at a time after I heard Rational Gaze on Fuse (my first time hearing them ever).

I remember that transfer taking a while lol

The og is slightly muddy at times but has a more organic feel drums sound better. The blue is stronger overall it's more clear and the guitars are better has more power. And jens sounds better. I'd say blue. I get if someone digs the og more but the blue is the superior mix/recording

Limewire had a hard time keeping The Gathering, Within Temptation and Nightwish apart. I was very into them in those days. Everything mixed up! And when I bought the CD there was always a surprise (this is actually them!!!!!?).

You had to use Kazaa Lite bro, that's the safer one. I also used Shareaza quite a bit with good luck

So good man. Imagine if the album had this version's drum tone with the re-release version's guitar tone...

Would be the greatest thing in existence
