I love Pantera but this album has always seemed very sloppy and inconsistent to me. Lots of skippable filler crap. I honestly prefer Reinventing to this because that one feels a lot more consistent and, well, better.

Pantera still has a few bangers but alot of their stuff has aged into borderline cronge territory, because of fans, themselves, and the music overall.

My ability to enjoy Pantera directly scales with how close my emotional state is to that of an angry 16-year-old boy

i still love many of Pantera's riffs (mostly on CFH to FBD, and then again on RTS) but I just wish a smarter band utilized them. dimebag was an amazing guitarist but he rarily did anything interesting ("becoming" solo, like wtf is that)
