idk about all these 5's but for me its a 4 at most. this thing turns into one massive movement full of great ideas and a few dull ones. The first half of Mother of the World is one of the more annoying parts of the album.
ill easily take Soundtracks and even the underrated My Father over this.

decided on this as my favorite Swans album. that said, Gira's right. the Swans of the 2010s are in no way the same band as the Swans of the 80s and 90s. it really does feel like a completely separate project.
