I love UA, it seemed like a really mature effort despite the terrible lyrics to Sleepwalker. But Endgame is like 80's MD all over again, so so good

True, Endgame sounds like it came straight out of the 80's. That's why I enjoy it when I'm in the mood.

Not a very good review for two main reasons:
- It says Endgame is better than RIP. Please.
- The songs are not analyzed separately. There are too many general descriptions, with a lack of focus on specific details.

review is good for three main reasons:
- It gives the reader a good idea of the album as a whole.
- It doesn't degenerate into a boring track-by track review.
- Trey wrote it.

Album does indeed kick ass, but to compare it to RIP is just blatantly opening a can of worms. THIS DAY WE FIGHT!

A lot of the things said could be applied to many albums. That's why a bit of more detailed insight was required.

A lot of the things said could be applied to many albums. It's thrash so of course that's true. The key is that a lot of things said about this album couldn't really be applied to the last decade of Megadeth material.

Hah, it's funny because I originally had this at a 4.5 before lowering it to a 4. I need to listen to this again, it's been a few weeks. Ulcerate has been dominating my metal listening lately. The Earth at it's Knees is such an amazing song...

Check out their other album man Of Fracture And Failure, also frickin' sweet.
Jamie Saint Merat is my favourite drummer at the moment
Plus he's the nicest guy as well
