Probably their best album. But TDS and Broken are hard 5s too.

Larkin - I really love Year Zero and The Slip. Probably in my top 3 NIN ...what ya think of those?

I like both, but consider them to be lower tier NIN — still solid 3.5s. I definitely consider YZ to be the stronger album though — Zero Sum and In This Twilight are amazing.

year zero and the slip both rule

with teeth is one of his worst as a cohesive whole but as a collection of singles it has some amazing stuff

i'm just finishing relistening to Bad Witch and it isn't very good and I think I welcome the idea of trent never singing ever again

his lyrics were never good but at this point they are just derivative of themselves which makes them even worse. if you don't have anything to say don't say anything ffs. ghosts are welcome rn.

man the song title 'Letting Go While Holding On' is like the perfect representation of Trents lyrical content

Bad Witch breaks the 30 min mark, so I guess it's an album? (Even though Broken is a minute longer)

Idk sometimes the difference between an EP and an album is arbitrary

Answered your own question there. It's entirely arbitrary how it gets classified, but I was under the impression it got classified as an EP. Maybe I just assumed because the last two releases before that were EPs as well and it's super short for NIN LP standards.

No, dude. It’s not. It’s smack dab in the middle of the ranking.

Worst is Ghosts I-V

And if we're only talking non-instrumental albums uh....The Slip I guess, but I still like it

best is The Fragile, worst is Hesitations Marks. cmon folks he's really not hard to rank

and @pots Bad Witch is considered an album. that's straight up as much to do with getting more visibility on Spotify as anything else, but daddy Trent says it so I roll with it

You'd all hate my NIN ranking if you love Fragile that much

Pretty Hate Machine rules, but I'd still put it somewhere in the middle
