Making killer ending notes was one of his specialties.

Indeed, they should have kept Les for longer than they did.

I think Simon was their best drummer, but seeing as he was only a session musician... Les was definitely in his league, though.

I believe Les left because he didn't get along with the new musical direction post-SC.

In any case, I prefer this to any of Maiden's first 5 with Dickinson.

Oddly enough, I really love the solo from the t/t on Fear of the Dark. That's their ninth album, though.

I figured when I saw your ratings for the self-titled and Killers. I get why people would like Di'Anno's style and whatnot more than Bruce's, but I still prefer his style and tenure in Maiden.
