messengers is easily better than constellations. they got way more melodic after this.
For me, it's the constant hammering of the guitars, screams, and drums. The melody in Constellations is nice, but, and this purely my opinion, I feel like the production sucks. The production of Messengers is crazy, and it seemed too bland in Constellations.

This album was very "eh...". Nothing quite caught my attention like it did on Constellations.
It's also EXTREMELY repetitive; it's rather exhausting listening to the whole thing.
