Bled White rocks, guitar in the intro is awesome. Always been a favourite cut, alongside Independence Day and the closing two.

Adeline. Is amazing. Not subpar

The weird surf rock backing vox on Bled White just turn me off. Maybe the only Elliott song that straight up feels like he was out of his element.

I think generally when Elliott goes heavier he's a bit out of his element
Not bad songs by any means but Coast to Coast and Shooting Star just feel a tad off to me

Oh yeah and Don't Go Down that's the worst song he ever did

I never said Adeline was subpar just that I wasn't 100% sold by it :]

Elliott singing over harder instrumentation never bothered me really due to his work with Heatmiser but I certainly prefer when he made his music more barebones

I mean those songs would definitely have been better if he'd finished Basement, songs like Twilight and Memory Lane don't feel lacking because they were just him and his guitar but on like Coast to Coast there are a lot of elements and it just ends up sounding rushed. Such a shame
But Don't Go Down is just crap no matter which way

Nah. Dude. I prefer A Basement to this. No bad songs either.

Don't Go Down is a bad song but I already said this was my least favourite of his
Basement is fourth best like four of his best songs ever are on that sucka

I rate his posthumous releases below the rest of his discography, especially New Moon

Yeah New Moon doesn't really count but there are still amazing songs on there

I mean, my friend that got me into Elliott still insists that New Moon is his best album, so they all have their merits.
