This album is a masterpiece. I'm not really into hip hop but this is definitely one of those albums that seems to transcend personal taste in genres of music.

TPAB ignited my interest in hip hop again, when the last album I bought in the genre was the Marshall Mathers LP. I've been saving this, but with DAMN being rad af and catching up with the last 15 years of releases, GKMC is the one I'm most looking forward to.

If Pirus and Crips all got along,

They'd probably gun me down by the end of this song

Seem like the whole city go against me,

Every time I'm in the streets, I hear...

I love Compton. Only thing I don't like on here is Real. Very close to a 5. Still like it as much as I did when it came out.

after giving it another full listen the only songs I still don't care for at all are real, backseat freestyle and poetic justice

I can see why anyone would hate Backseat Freestyle, but it's just dumb fun. I love the beat too.

Ehhh within the context of itself and Art of Peer Pressure, it's a little more than just dumb fun.

Yeah I like everything on here to an extent. Backseat Freestyle is one of my favorites, and Poetic Justice is great too. Very close to a 5. One of my top 20 favorite albums at the very least.
