I made a "gf" friendly playlist for my ex when we first started dating and it was comprised entirely of Tame Impala, Beach Fossils, Twenty One Pilots etc. basically any music without heavy ass riffs and screaming lol. Eventually got comfortable enough around her to show her what I really listen to and she surprisingly liked a good bunch of it, Counterparts especially.

@Jay I have spent the past 4.5 years ruining my poor girlfriends music taste. We started with her only listening to Odesza and other EDM stuff ... highlights of our journey include her stage diving at a Pup show and crowd surfing multiple times during one of Every Time I Die's final shows.
