I can't tell if that's supposed to be a rhetorical statement, or just a really silly one. Stating the obvious: this is more accessible because the vocals aren't as harsh, the guitar tone is "normal" and not buzz-saw-y, the production isn't purposefully bad, and it's drenched in happy shoegaziness.

I'm really not sure if they'll be able to top Sunbather for me. The concept in itself I am a complete sucker for, not to mention the shoegaze twist they spun on metal. If they move to anything darker, I'm likely not to be into it.
